These Terms govern your purchase and use of MoneyStreak. By purchasing or using MoneyStreak, you agree to these Terms.

License and permitted use

Your purchase provides a personal/household license to use your downloaded copy of MoneyStreak. The product may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or offered to others as your own product.

Purchase and download access

MoneyStreak is currently sold for a one-time payment. Your purchase download is available for 7 days after purchase. You should download and save your copy during that period. Once downloaded, your copy does not expire merely because the 7-day download window ends.

Your data and backups

MoneyStreak stores working application data locally in your browser/device. You are responsible for maintaining backups. MoneyStreak cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored information that is deleted or lost.

No financial advice

MoneyStreak is a budgeting and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. MoneyStreak Coach is a built-in rule-based organizational helper and is not a financial adviser or live professional.

No bank synchronization

MoneyStreak does not require a bank connection and does not provide automatic bank synchronization. Transactions may be entered manually or imported using supported CSV functionality.

Availability and changes

We may update the website, documentation, features, or these Terms as the product evolves. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
